Chef Newman and Rachel Miller operate the food and beverage program at the only brewery in Bardstown and Mr. Tubs neighbor, Scout & Scholar. The Millers believe in serving what is “of the place” and those are the dishes that make up the menu. Fried chicken night on Wednesdays, Jake’s 150 hot sausage balls, Boone’s Buthershop ribeye steak, amaaazing smash burger, a root beer float. It’s all delicious.
