Oriole, Two Michelin Stars, Chicago

Thanks to Noam and MeeshMeesh I had the rare chance to learn from photographer Jim Sullivan, who worked with chef Jeremy Fox on his book On Meat published by Phaidon. If that weren’t enough, it was hosted at Oriole, the two-Michelin-starred restaurant of James Beard Award–winning chef Noah Sandoval. I was fortunate enough to spend time talking with Jim, Noah, and the on-point team behind Oriole. It was one of the most accessiest things I think I’ve ever been apart of. Incredibly special.
