I’ve worked with MeeshMeesh since shortly after their doors first opened in 2023. I had previously worked with MeeshMeesh chef and owner, Noam Bilitzer, when we were colleagues at Eternal Optimist Hospitality. When he asked if I’d help, I happily accepted.

 

My Role

As a marketing department of one, I’m an agile Swiss Army knife covering:

  • Creative development, branding, print, merch design, packaging design
  • Photography, videography, editing
  • Social media management, influencer network development, email, web development, marketing automations, paid and earned media, public relations
  • Menu analysis, data measurement, reporting
 
My efforts helped establish the brand and gain early traction while the food and hospitality team provided proof of concept with exceptional service night in and night out. Our team has accomplished a lot in a short of amount of time including chef Noam being named a James Beard Award Finalist in 2025.
